Refund and Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be authorized prior to sending and will be inspected upon receipt.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition, including all packaging.
- You must contact us before sending any returns. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- ⚠️ Exceptions: EVA keyboard cases are final sale and not eligible for return once opened, due to hygiene and quality reasons.
Return Shipping and Timeline
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a return label.
- If the return is not received within 15 business days, it may be voided and ineligible for refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
